When I graduated from the National School of Engineers of Monastir in 2018, I pursued my career as an Electronic Design Engineer. I have been a part of CHELA+ over the past 4 months.

What I find the most enjoyable is doing what I like which is :

• Designing state-of-the-art schematics, participating in detailed schematic reviews held with the presence of experts of the field or sometimes the manufacturers themselves.
• Writing the design justification document to further enhance the quality of my work, writing the layout requirement document for the PCB team and writing the Hardware software document to make the SW's team job easier.
• Validate the newly designed product by conducting severe tests to determine capabilities and limitations of the new design while making sure that the results are reflected in the validation report.

As my work is essential in the development of any new product, I have to interact with several other professionals, such as the Software and mechanical teams. Moreover, communication skills are a must-have to ensure smooth running and success of our project. We are in the same boat, after all, so we must collaborate as a team.

Joining CHELA+ is a step in the right direction in my career, as they have a wide range of international clients. Finding you a suitable job will not be tough for them.
